Abstract

This thesis analyzed the existing process for preparing quotes for standard hardware and software at TECH Corporation in order to evaluate its cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. In addition, a new process for the preparation of standard quotes is proposed with short- and long-term business outcomes.
