Abstract

The main results of this paper are the discovery of infinite families of flow equivalent pairs of P and T amallamorphs and infinite families of chromatically equivalent pairs of P∗ and T∗ homeomorphs, where P is the triangulated cycle on 5 vertices and T is the triangulated cycle on 4 vertices. Seventeen families of P amallamorphs, with two families having 6 parameters and 5 families of T amallamorphs are discovered. Since P and T are both planar, all the results obtained are stated in terms of chromatically equivalent pairs of P∗ and T∗ homeomorphs.
